Helping Hands Home Care

I cannot say enough about our experience with Helping Hands Home Care. We’ve been using them for several months now and have had a great experience. Elena has been a huge help to my wife, and it’s been such a relief having someone we trust come into our home. She not only provides excellent care but also helps Mary get out of the house and stay engaged, which has meant a lot to us. Elena is professional, kind, and truly goes above and beyond. Also, the office team is fantastic with communication. They are responsive, organized, and always checking in to make sure everything is going well. It really feels like they care and are always looking for ways to support our long-term care needs. We’re very grateful for the level of care and attention they furnish.

Mom loves her caregiver from Helping Hands and so do I. This has been the best decision we have made to get mom help in her home. The staff at Helping Hands are professional and make everything easy for our family.

Helping Hands Home Care really came through after my mom had a bad fall, hurting her mobility. We gave them short notice and they showed up without issues. My mom's caregiver was kind and very professional. I spoke to Amanda in their office and she offered availability to cover additional shifts, if needed. It was a relief knowing my mom was receiving help in her home while I was away working.
