Mary Kate was absolutely wonderful during our apartment tour! She was kind, patient and thorough, taking the time to walk us through every option and thoughtfully answer all of our questions. Her knowledge of the property made the tour both informative and enjoyable. We appreciated her time and highly recommend working with her. She is an outstanding guide and a true asset to the community!
Last week I had a maintenance request for my Air Conditioning Unit. It was not working properly. Brandon came and in just a few minutes, He was finished and the Unit is now working Beautifully. Kenny also helped previously. Also, Andre (in the Arium office) called yesterday (11/26/24) to follow up on the results of my request. I was Happy to say that Everything was Great. Arium Seaglass is a Wonderful & Quiet Place to live. Rosa, Andre & the Rest of the Arium Seaglass Team work hard and do their best to make this a Wonderful Place to live and play.
