I’ve been coming to Hello Smooth for hair removal treatments, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience, especially with Pilar Hogans! Pilar is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. She takes her time to make sure everything is done properly, and you can really tell how much care and effort she puts into her work. Beyond her professionalism, Pilar is genuinely one of the sweetest and nicest people you could meet. She is so friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. She always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed, and I truly enjoy every appointment with her. Although I’ve only experienced her hair removal services, seeing how dedicated and attentive she is makes me confident that she would be just as wonderful at any other treatments she offers. I highly recommend Pilar to anyone visiting Hello Smooth. She truly deserves five stars!

I had a wonderful experience at Hello Smooth! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. I’m very happy with my experience and the results. I would definitely recommend this Hello Smooth to anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring professionals and high-quality service. I’ll absolutely be coming back!
I have been going to hello smooth for a couple of years now. Started with Brazilian then underarms and now full leg laser hair removal. Not only have these treatments reduced the presence of hair by what I believe to be more than 90% it has greatly improved the texture of my skin and of course confidence. During my treatments Racquel is so patient and really helps me work through the uncomfortable spots. She always remembers my most current life ventures and her sweet personality always makes my visits better.
The office staff are welcoming and friendly. Pilar is super sweet and personable. Shes been great with the treatments I've had done. She walks you through the process and ensures that you are comfortable through the administering process. The office is great about calling and checking on you the day following treatment. I've had a great experience with Hello Smooth Bartram location and will continue to have my treatments done here.
