Heather Tate, REALTOR - Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Partners St. Augustine

Heather was great to work with! From the start, she met me where I was in the process and showed that she genuinely cares about her clients. Even though I know she's incredibly busy, she always made me feel like I was a priority and was consistently available whenever I had a question. Her knowledge of St. Augustine is invaluable. Throughout the buying process, she provided honest insight into the area and connected me with trustworthy local service providers, which took the stress out of inspections and repairs. I'm so grateful she helped me find my new home. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling in the St. Augustine area.

I have used many agents in my past for either rentals or to buy a home. Words can’t describe enough how amazing Heather is.from the start she was on her game very caring very responsive and the most important part was Heather has this vibe to her almost like you are her family and she is in it to win it every step of the way…thank you again Heather for the best home buying experience I have ever had you definitely are a force to be reckoned with.you set the tone for greatness.many others probably won’t ever come close to what you have to offer. So if anyone is interested in buying a home Heather 200% percent is the woman to call !!! Again thank you for everything, you made this home buying the best experience I have ever had hands down !!!

You can’t choose a better Realtor in the St Augustine/Palatka area than Heather Tate. She is an easy person to be around, patient, knowledgeable and concerned that the choices you make are based on accurate information and your needs not hers. I spent 40 years owning Real Estate and Mortgage companies and I would have hired her in a heart beat after using her to purchase our current home. There’s a big difference in flashy sales people and competent ones, believe me I know the difference. You can’t do better than Heather Tate.

We have worked with Heather on 2 real estate transactions. The first was a purchase, which she had a lot of patience with us and the second transaction was the sale of our condo. Heather is a very patient and kind realtor unlike some realtors thst we have worked with in the past. She is very responsive and trys to find ways to be creative when buying or purchasing a home. She even staged our property for us. Her decorating skills are great..Definitely give her a call!!! She will help you in whatever way she can to make the deal happen.
