Health Improvement and Holistic Center

Jennifer Corcoran is the best massage therapist in St. Augustine. She has helped me heal through so much, and she helped my mother live with less pain and more mobility. Jenn is a master of bodywork and utilizes several modalities. She has such wonderful energy and is a truly kind and empathetic person. She is always learning something new and then applying it; I look forward to seeing her never peak 💛 A few reasons to make an appointment: clinical bodywork, lymphatic drainage, Swedish massage, relaxation, neuromuscular or therapeutic massage, prenatal massage, deep tissue massage therapy, reiki

Had a great 90 minute massage today with Jennifer- she took the time to explain the mechanics of the issues I am experiencing, which no doctor has done yet! She shared some stretches with me as well- will definitely return!

Wow wow wow 🤩 I’ve been using HHI for a few months and I am BLOWN away at their Level of knowledge, deep Care and love, cleanliness, and professionalism. I love that it’s a one stop shop for herbal remedies as well as crystals too! I’ve seen a significant improvement in my overall well being and physical body which is such a blessing to be pain free after a major car accident that left me with herniated discs etc. I also enjoyed an AMAZING couples massage recently that really had us both floating on cloud 9. Not only are they amazing people and location but they also get results!!! Thank you to the team I will be getting another package this week!

Was looking for physical balance and an energetic reset and Jenny absolutely delivered. The therapeutic massage was perfect and the reiki session truly put my soul at ease. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Health Improvement and Holistic Center if you are in need of a mental, physical, and spiritual boost.
