Kayla on the support staff at the Kingsley office has been absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me with communication and made sure I was kept informed every step of the way. What really stood out was how quickly and efficiently she helped me get test results, imaging results and a prescription I needed—something that can often be stressful and time-sensitive. Kayla handled everything with such professionalism, kindness, and urgency that it truly made a difference in my experience. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and compassionate in a busy medical office. I’m incredibly grateful for her help and hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

Dr. Dolven and all his staff are great. They all take time to listen to your concerns and does not hurry up when they are with you. They make sure to know everything about your health problems and make sure to address them. They referred us to specialists and make sure to follow up on us. I chose Dr. Dolven for my whole family to be our PCP because of my great experience. We see Ms Janet in Fleming Island too and she is as great as Dr. Dolven too..

I consider that my appointment was perfect. Everybody was courteous, professional, office is very clean. My Dr. Was thorough, asked questions, listen to the answers, very professional and personal at the same time.
