  This was one of the most bizarre experiences I've ever had dealing with an attorney. I made a post looking for help and Carrie offered her services. I did what she asked after our first conversation and then she ghosts me for over a month. I keep trying to contact her through Facebook, email, and by phone and then when she does finally answer me, she's all over the place with her questions and says she's sending me docs but never does. She barely answered my questions and every time I try to call her office like she told me to, the guy that answers the phone(Jeff?) keeps putting me on hold for over 10 minutes so I have to hang up. I tell her about this and she asks me who keeps putting me on hold which is weird to me that she doesn't know who answers their phone. Then she asks me to just come in and I ask for a date and time so she tells me that her paralegal, Oliviah, will get me scheduled to come in but when I emailed her, no response. So I call again to find out when I'm supposed to come in and the same guy who kept putting me on hold tells me that I don't need to come in and that Carrie will call me later in the week which she never did. This all started on July 2, 2025 and then I finally messaged her on September 30 to let her know that I'll just find someone else to help and of course she never responded to that either. I have never dealt with such a lack of professionalism and communication in my life and definitely did not deserve to be treated this way.
