Haven -- Orange Park Attic Resale Store

I frequently stop by this store. Prices are good. Staff is wonderful. A great place to find medical supplies. I found a rare type of walker that I desperately needed. I thought there was a defect. The manager pulled it off the floor and refused to sell it. However, they have a specialist who inspects DME before it's put on the floor. A few days later she called me. The walker was reinspected and deemed safe and without defects. She explained how to adjust it for my needs. This was truly above and beyond! Thank you.

Used to be one of my favorite places to shop. They are becoming worse then goodwill on their pricing. Very sad.

The pickup staff was very rude and pretentious about the donation. I was donating a sectional from La-Z-boy (2500$ In the store new). Yes it was used, yes it needed to be cleaned. They refused to take it and said it was “too dark” and had “animal hair” on it. It’s brown. I’ll attach a photo. They didn’t introduce themselves at the door, just turned their noses up at my donation and left. It’s free, guys. Free. You think you’re getting brand new Arhaus furniture? I don’t even care that they didn’t want it, just how rude they were. No “thanks for the donation” when they took the dining table either. I’ll save my stuff for Salvation Army.
