⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible experience at Havana Jax! The Cuban food was beyond delicious — fresh, flavorful, authentic, and cooked perfectly. Every bite was amazing! What truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service from Michael (or maybe Miguel — either way, he was AMAZING!). He went completely above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about giving us a wonderful experience. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. It was such a pleasure dining here and we will absolutely be back again soon. Highly recommend!
We normally love Cuba food but Havana was a bit of disappointment for us from all the Cuban place around Jax Havana was our least favorite. Food was okay not wow . Place is outdated and looking line a ghost town and even when empty our waiter was no where to be found . Location also not helpful . Scary part of town. Dessert and coffee was really good .
Run don't walk! Havana Jax is now one of top 5 places for vegetarian friendly meals. The veggie bowl was delicious and the flavors were well balanced. The tostones were also delicious. I will be back soon. The staff was very kind and the atmosphere was nice. You could drop in for lunch or a date night and you would not be disappointed. Do yourself a favor and grab some flan on your way out😊
Food was delicious!! Had empanadas and the salmon entree (with rice; mango salsa, black bean soup and plantain). Service was impeccable!! Miguel was phenomenal!! Will be back next time we’re in JAX!!
We love Havana Jax! We just ate there again tonight- Miguel was a helpful, caring, efficient server! Great, tasty, authentic Cuban food, consistently delicious and fresh! Reasonably priced and always great. Can't recommend highly enough! Caribbean salad, black bean soup, beef empanadas, shrimp dishes and many desserts are our favorites! You will love it here!
