Hartman's Appliance Repair

Calling Hartman’s was a great decision for me. My washing machine had been doing a poor job for some time and shaking like crazy. They sent someone out the day I called. Marcus was able to diagnose the issue, order the needed parts and schedule me in 2 days. He was able to fix our washing machine and get me back to clean clothes again! I was so pleased with their service.

I had a great experience with Hartman’s Appliance Repair. As most mishaps go, my freezer started making an awful, loud motor noise out of no where. The kind of noise that sounds like something really bad is about to happen. I was able to connect with a great customer service rep who got me set up with an appointment for a tech come out that afternoon. My technician was Marcus and he was absolutely wonderful. Super respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. He knew what was going on with my freezer the minute he heard the sound and he got right to work. Marcus was able to fix my issue and get everything back up and running in no time flat. I will definitely reach out to Hartman’s in the future for any repair needs. And probably asked to have Marcus come out again.

The guys were great. They were very knowledgeable and honest, They worked hard and fixed what seemed to be the problem with my machine. However, another problem would arise, and the price of the repair for my four year old washing machine also rose. At first, it seemed there was just one problem: the brain, and the repair still seemed affordable. But then came another problem and then another. Suddenly, the cost to fix the broken washer rose to more than what a new one would cost, and Justin and Marcus stated that there could be more problems. They felt that we should just wrap it up and let the washing machine go. They gathered the expensive parts and told me not to worry, since they could return the parts. Since the repair did not happen, I was to be charged for a diagnostic determination, but even that fee was cut in almost half! I did not expect the returned money since the guys did put in hours on this job. They could have been easily just continued and get the machine to work for a moment and takeoff. I could have been left with a washer that would not last long and had no warranty. Sadly, I know that has happened to others, but not with these guys. I would call them again. They knew what they were doing and took pride in being fair and honest. Thank you for your help Marcus and Justin!

Marcus came to our home to fix our GE Profile Washer/Dryer Combo. He was the consummate professional. He quietly went through all of his diagnostic steps, and then explained what he had found. Clearly, he has encountered problems like ours before and went through each step. When we have appliance problems in the future, we will definitely call Hartman again.
