I came here for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. They were attentive without being annoying. I got the Backyard Burger with fries, and my meal was absolutely perfect! I will definitely be back!
We love this place. so friendly. We enjoy the back patio for dining. Staff are great. They play the best music. They also have a guy that plays guitar, I think on the weekends. Great hidden place in Riverside. Kids are welcome and so are pets.
Upon parking and walking up, we knew this place had all the makings of a fantastic Friday night! I will admit that when we first walked inside, we weren't sure if we could just seat ourselves or needed to wait to be seated. The staff was quite busy and it took a minute to gain the attention of a new patron. However, once Kayden took the reins of our table with his genuine approach, we knew we were in the best of hands! He was warm, friendly and focused on excellent service as we needed it. The overall vibe was chill and the outdoor seating with backdrop of St. John's River and beautiful foliage was outstanding! The icing on the cake was the local live musician who engaged the audience and was the perfect addition to our mouth watering burgers and fries. I recommend Harps American Pub & Grill and love that it is a locally owned restaurant. Thanks again Kayden for being such a phenomenal server on our very first visit!!!
Great spot for a quick bite or afternoon by the creek. Great food, and menu. Inside is a cozy spot with TVs to watch some sports, and the patio/deck is shaded and perfect for any occasion. Fantastic servers know the menu and can guide you to exactly what you want.
We're new to Jacksonville and have been here a handful of times. The atmosphere is just right for us, low key, friendly staff and clientele. The food has always been great, and they have really good weekly specials and happy hour. This has definitely become a regular spot for us.
