Deeply hurt by the 6-year neglect at Hardage-Giddens Riverside.For the past six years, I have been trying to get management at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park to fix the grass around my parents' grave. After staff removed a nearby tree, the grass completely died. The underlying issue is that the sprinkler and irrigation system in this specific section is broken and does not work. Without shade or functioning corporate maintenance, it is impossible for grass to grow.I have been incredibly patient. I have reached out politely on several occasions over the years. Most recently, I called Family Service Counselor Chris Hutson on September 9th, and was explicitly promised a callback. Once again, I was ignored and received no response.For a facility that operates under the "Dignity Memorial" brand, there is zero dignity in how they treat grieving families or maintain these grounds. I am posting a photo of the grave so the entire Jacksonville community can see the total lack of care they actually provide. If I could give zero stars for the zero grass and zero communication, I would.

Brittany and her team are truly amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was prefect for my dad's service. Death is so hard to face but they did a wonderful job helping us get through a very difficult time. From the service and the decor to how good my dad looked and was taken care of. He was laid to rest with true dignity and honor. We not only lost my dad, but we recently lost my Nana as well. The entire team is nothing but wonderful! They understand how difficult of a time it is for families and give nothing but the upmost respect. Thank you so much, Brittany and the entire HG Riverside Team!

Brittany handled every detail of my sister’s care and services with true compassion, precision and perfection. She truly cares about the families needs.
