Leased a slip there for 3 years. The Dockmaster harrassed everyone in the marina, their guests and tenants of the buildings. He also would board peoples boats without permission. The fellow who rented the same slip after us called to tell us he was receiving the same harassment. Caught the dockmaster on his boat on security cameras. The security gates were out of service 50% of the time. There is an Electrical issue with the pedestals that was unresolved the entire time we were there. The wood pilings need replacing. The HOA President was rude and foul mouthed unlike the first one we met. Lots of empty slips there compared to when we had our slip. Other than that it is a lovely and very convenient location.

John and Janet Coder make this place very unwelcoming and scary if you're alone. Besides them being there this is a nice place to rent a slip.
Excellent place to call home! Friendly staff, secure location, little movement and excellent docks. Hope to call this place home for our boat for a while. Not set up for transients, long term only. Also no pump-out or fuel. Not that type of marina, but those services are not far. My only wish is that there was a shower/restroom available.
This community is man gated and provides piece of mind for the community. There is not much guest parking available unless you would like to walk a great distance to your unit. Overall nice community.
Harbortown is a lovely community of townhouses condos and apartments. However, I happen to live in Mira Vista building #2 on the harbor and there is a sailboat in slip #6 that every time it is windy the ropes CLANG loudly and it disturbs us if we sit on our lanai. I've spoken to the harbormaster about it and it was good for a while. But last week when it was windy, guess what? Clang, CLANG, CLANG.. Please let the owner know this is an ongoing problem. Thank you.
