Everything seemed fine until I paid the deposit. After that, the entire process slowed down significantly. Communication became poor, and it was difficult to get timely responses to my questions and updates. I was also concerned about the tires. When I asked about their condition, I was told the vehicle had passed the federal safety inspection. However, the tires measured 2/32" on two tires and 3/32" on another, which is essentially at or near the point where replacement is recommended. I expected more transparency about the actual condition of the tires. If you're buying a vehicle online or from out of state, be prepared for delays and limited communication. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership for remote purchases. Make sure you get everything in writing and verify the condition of the vehicle before completing the purchase
Visited their service dept. for my Jeep's first oil change. Very nice, caring people. Fast efficient and quality work. I'd recommend this place to everyone including my family. Great experience and I didn't even buy my Jeep here, odds are I'll buy my next one here!
