Hall and Sons Plumbing Inc

Update: I have now replaced my 20 year old water heater with an upgraded model. Again, the Hall and Sons Plumbing team of Evan and CJ did a wonderful job. I also had a 40+ year old hose bib and a whole house water shut-off valve replaced. The team was, as usual, very respectful, efficient, personable and walked me through what would happen and when. I must also mention Tedi in the office. She explained everything beforehand and was courteous, friendly and completely understanding as I was a bit overwhelmed. I will continue to use Hall & Sons for all my plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! (PS. The drywall was already torn due to pipe leaks years ago.) I had a great experience with Luke and Billy who visited my home today. While Billy was replacing my kitchen sink and a new garbage disposal, Luke moved on to my bathroom where he removed, snaked, and replaced a shower drain with a new removable basket system I had purchased. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. Beyond the great work, they took the time to answer several questions I had regarding future plumbing projects, which really put my mind at ease. It’s rare to find technicians who are both highly skilled and so willing to share their expertise. Highly recommend!

This was the first time I used Hall and Sons. I noticed them in my neighborhood a few times. Everything about the service was great. When I called, they answered right away. The lady who helped me had a good understanding about my plumbing issues and anticipated well what it was going to take to fix them. She was able to get me scheduled very quickly. The technician who came out was very polite and accommodating. He did an excellent job in a short amount of time. He put back everything back the way it was before and left zero mess behind. What’s really nice is that after one hour, they charge in 15 minute increments. I will definitely use Hall and Sons again!

This was our first time using Hall and Sons Plumbing and we know we have found the right company! We had a bathroom clog and Donnie and Suan were at our house in less than an hour from when we called, were very professional and diagnosed and addressed our issue efficiently and thoroughly and also discussed potential options if we had any issues in the future. All for a reasonable price. We are so happy to have found and support a family owned, veteran operated business that we can trust for all of our plumbing needs!
