My honest opinion: Walked into the restaurant and was not greeted. Three employees were sitting at the table (looks like they were in training and just got hired). There was a guy in the kitchen with a gray shirt with big earlobe thingies and with two cooks and a girl at the front and they didn’t say hello or anything until I walked up to the counter and the guy with the gray shirt was kinda fidgety and he left with his cellphone alarm going off and then the girl came up and said hi. And didn’t greet or said anything. She waited a minute and then finally talked and said ready to place your order? This was my first time there and I didn’t know what to expect so I ordered a charburger some fries and a drink. Now the people cooking had no hair net or mask while cooking….. But I waited about 10 minutes for the food and my buzzer went off and no one said anything. The cashier just left it on the counter and I got the food and she took the next customer. I took the food back to where I was and the food was just meh. Fries weren’t hot or crispy. And the burger was extra salty with hella lettuce and slight mayo that kinda calmed down the saltiness. But everything on that burger was salty. Also they cook the burgers medium so if you like a little pink that’s how the do it. In all honesty, Burger King and Hardee’s is way better. Nice place to try. It was clean. … kinda some tables need a good wiping but overall just a one time experience
Everything was simply excellent. I loved this restaurant back in California, and now they've opened one here. The food is very delicious, don't pay attention to the bad reviews, they're not true.
If it's good, then it's good, and there's nothing more to say. Excellent place, great staff, and delicious, fresh food. The French fries were super fresh. I hope this restaurant always stays this clean and delicious ❤️

Took a long drive to try this place as my usual experience at the one on Jax beach has always been excellent. This one on baymeadows really disappointed me. Order a cheeseburger with avocado and no avocado to be found with it was an extra $2 for the upgrade. Do better or you'll end up like barn grill burger.
