Gutierrez Family Roofing

From the start, Dwayne was easy to work with and made the whole roofing process simple. After severe storm damage, we decided to move forward with a roof repair and first contacted another roofer, but their estimate did not line up well with what the insurance company was allowing. Then we spoke with our insurance agent and got a recommendation for another roofing contractor, and I am very glad we made that call. They worked directly with the insurance company and helped get everything sorted out so the roof repair was properly covered, aside from the deductible. The communication was clear, the crew was professional, and the entire job felt well organized from inspection to final repair. We also handled some interior damage separately, but later learned the roofing company could have taken care of that too, which would have made the project even easier and likely more cost-effective. Living in Jacksonville, it is important to have a strong, reliable roof that can hold up to heavy rain, wind, heat, and harsh Florida weather, and this team understood exactly what was needed. The workmanship was solid, the service was helpful, and the experience was smooth the whole way through. I would definitely use them again for any roofing work.
