The food was very tasteful and filling. The fresh squeezed orange juice is a must, I could have took a pitcher home. Carlee our waitress was nice, familiar with the menu and was attentive to us. The next time we come back I will try the cinnamon roll pancake. Great food!! Great Spot!! Great atmosphere for brunch!!

On Saturday, July 25, 2026, I decided to take my mother out for brunch. Like several times before, I was very pleased with this Grumpy‘s location. But this time, more than ever before I was beyond pleased. Not only that the food and the atmosphere was excellent, but our server, Kyle was absolutely outstanding. He was extremely pleasant, patient, informative, and professional. Kyle although very busy with other tables never forgot or neglected any additional requests we had. Want to say to Kyle thank you for making this an excellent experience for myself and my mother. God bless. Oscar J.

Breakfast visit for my son's birthday. We sat outside, it was really a perfect day! Food was delicious and you have to try the fruity Pebble waffle!

Grumpy’s Restaurant in St. Johns, FL is a solid breakfast spot ☀️🍳. I ordered the fried chicken Benedict—flavorful overall, though the chicken was slightly bitter this time. The pancake, however, completely stole the show: fluffy, golden, and delicious! 🥞✨. The restaurant itself is clean, spacious, and bright, with high ceilings that make it feel comfortable and open. Friendly service and a strong breakfast menu make Grumpy’s a go-to for brunch lovers 👍.
