Grissett Kathleen B MD

I've gone to Dr Grissett for many years now!! I am very thankful for her because she really made a difference in my life! I love her!! She is very understanding and very patient. She cares for her patients well being!! I never felt rushed when I'm talking to her! If there is something to talk about she is willing to listen. Yes I know that's her job but I wouldn't have it any other way. Melody her assistant is also very understanding and sweet! She works with me because she understands that I have a messed up schedule. So if there is a way she can fit me in the schedule she will. Thank You Team!!!!

No one will answer the phone. I have called numerous times I left two voicemail message, one message left Wednesday 13 April 2022 Another message left 9:15 am Tuesday 19 April 2022. Apparently this office has more patients than they can handle or they do not care about patient customer service. Today is Wednesday 20 April 2022. I will not call this office again. If they call today I will not consider using this office since I don’t need additional stress in my life. I wonder if Doctor Kathleen Grissett cares about the reviews people leave.

(Office Issues and Terrible PA, However Dr Kit Grisset is excellent. ) Perscriptions are not called in as you are told by PA. You are put on hold (if you even get an answer). I have the highest respect for the treating psychiatrist, Dr Kit Grisset. She has successfully treated me for over a decade. However, her PA ("Amy") is not very professional (in my opinion.) Amy the PA does not LISTEN to her patients. SHE OVER EXPLAINS reasons for her treatment, rather than ALLOWING a patient to tell her the important issues they are having or struggling with. This has happened to me, and this a family member. Please do not "Amy" her treat you. ESPECIALLY don't let her treat your kids (ofcourse, this is just my advice.) I've been in treatment since I was 16 by the most renowned Doctors available in North Florida for agressive Depression after a suicide attempt at 16. I have successfully lived a fairly stable life with the disease (Depression) with the help of Dr Frank Carerra (sadly deceased) and Dr Herb Wagemaker, (sadly deceased) Dr Kathleen Grisset is equally as excellent, and as professional, in her caring and thoughtful treatment. I would highly recommend her. However, I would only go to their office knowing that at present the time, they are experiencing some growing pains. It requires patience on some occassions. #MentalHealthMatters

I don’t see Grissett but i do see Amiee. She is beyond wonderful always very helpful, caring and goes beyond to help me. The office staff is great too. I’m so glad i found this place.
