Gretchen’s Hallmark is one of my go-to stops when in a pinch because I ran out of time to purchase a gift! I’ve stopped here time and time again & never left empty handed… both for the person I’m looking for and something for myself! This particular trip, I went in for one person and came out having purchased gifts for four different people’s birthdays! The store is always clean & well-stocked! Sometimes at Christmas the ornaments may be temporarily out of stock, but the gift wrap, cards, and speciality gifts are always suck a great find when looking for something unique! The employees are extremely helpful with their suggestions, locating the items within the store and their wrapping the gifts for me is definitely the icing on the cake!

Man... they're closed down. I use to love this store. I'll change my rating if they've relocated on the Westside.
Second time in while visiting area, store is clean and well stocked. Staff was somewhat pleasant, I did not feel as if was welcome either time. Items are cross merchandised on other Brands displays so pricing was confusing. Items should be hard marked in this case. Clearance was organized but not priced when MFR label pricing was not present. On first visit 50% did not not come off at register. I was over charged $44. I have a concern with such a small store not catching this at the registers. Overall nice store but when I shop Hallmark I'm shopping here for the Overall experience.
The staff here are knowledgeable and very friendly. Ellice is always so helpful. Not only is it a card shop. Don't forget to go next door to the quaint jewelry shop. Great place
