  Greenshades' software products are great, BUT I have found their customer support to be sadly disappointing. When contacting product support, the customer facing support team seems to be poorly trained. They usually don't understand the question I am asking, have to follow up with the development team before responding to me, and about 1/2 the time respond with the an "incorrect" answer. I have found Greenshades' accounting department to be even less responsive. I have sent numerous and only received one response. In my attempt to get a response from someone, anyone I got online and contacted the sales department. I did receive one response, to which I replied, but there has been no further communication after that. Now I am here, attempting to get some response or any response from someone. As a customer, I should not have to go these types of extremes to receive communication.
