  I see Megan Rockwood for therapy and Donita Jones for med management. I wrote an email to Donita that makes me cringe when I think about it and when I tell you this Nurse Practitioner was both a professional and an angel to me, I mean it. In the past I've had psychiatrists who made me feel like if I did not communicate in such a way they would dismiss me. Donita also talks to me both as a NP and in a friendly way. She makes a conscious effort to make her patients feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend but she only is at this office on Mondays. Thank you, Mrs. Donita! Megan Rockwood has grown my self confidence and understanding of my trauma and how it has impacted my mental health significantly since starting treatment with her. She legitimately cares about people and fights for her patients rights as much as she is capable of. She is also highly educated in a multitude of subjects involving how our brain works and how our evolution as humans impacts our daily lives. Thank you, Mrs. Rockwood. The only issue I have had with this office is that billing does come down to going on the website and making payments yourself which is an easy, simple process. There isn't a "front desk" associate anymore, the best way to get ahold of one of the providers is to dial a direct extension. They are usually quick to get back to you. I believe that is the main reason for any bad reviews about this office.
