My experience with Greenbrook has been excellent. The staff has been super helpful and explained everything very well. Both of the women doing the treatment were super friendly, encouraging, and made everything feel like a family. They definitely get a 10 out of 10!
This is a wonderful office with beautiful humans. Sunny was my treater, but I also had the pleasure of working with Alecia several times. They are both so compassionate, and talking with Sunny during my treatments has made me feel more seen than any counseling I’ve received. I knew nothing about TMS before I started, but I recommend it to all my friends and family now. I was at a scary place with my depression, and I didn’t feel like life was worth living. I have so much clarity and hope now after finishing my last treatment. If you are thinking about scheduling a consultation with Greenbrook, stop thinking and just do it. Totally worth it.
Idk if the treatment is why I leave happy every day or if it’s Alisha lol I love this place. It’s already helped me so much with my depression and Alisha is just a sweet bonus. Talking to her for 20 minutes every day while doing my treatment always lifts my mood. All of the staff here are amazing, kind and so supportive! I can’t recommend this place enough! I love it here!
I am thrilled to share my experience at Greenbrook TMS in Orange Park, Florida, where I underwent a series of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) sessions. The treatment has been life-changing, and I owe a significant part of my journey to an exceptional member of their team, Sunny. From my very first appointment, I felt an immediate connection with Sunny. Her empathy, understanding, patience, and kindness created a supportive atmosphere that was crucial to my healing process. I believe her remarkable interpersonal skills were key components in my recovery alongside the TMS therapy itself. Prior to seeking treatment at Greenbrook, I struggled with feelings of depression that overshadowed my ability to find joy and meaning in life. My motivation was diminished, and I felt that I was not fully present for my granddaughter, who is my greatest source of inspiration. After completing 36 sessions of TMS therapy, I can genuinely say I feel like a new person. My outlook on life has brightened significantly, and I am rediscovering my passions and purpose. While I still have some challenges to navigate, the overall success of this treatment has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. I highly recommend Greenbrook TMS in Orange Park not only for their effective treatments but also for their compassionate team. The team at this clinic are so compassionate and amazing. I started this journey with severe depression due to being t-boned by a truck in 2020. I tried meds and they just made it worse. Today, I finished my last treatment. I feel like a new person with a new zest for life! I highly recommend looking into this. My insurance paid got evtg (persistence paid off...I was on the phone with them for an hour trying to get my treatments approved and fast forwarded. Thank you Greenbrook! You gave me my life back!!
