The entire experience regarding my son's surgery was excellent—great service from the reception staff, dental assistants, and the surgeon. We received clear instructions for going home, and my son's recovery was excellent. Thank you.
Absolutely the worst dentist I’ve ever been to in my life SUPER unprofessional. We waited almost two hours and still weren’t called . Receptionist all rude and unhelpful . If I would’ve been more than 15 minutes late they wouldn’t see me so why they think the patients time is also valuable is ridiculous. YOU COULD NOT PAY ME TO COME BACK HERE. I’d give zero stars if I could Book at your own risk and make sure you have your entire day to waste
I love coming here for my cleanings! Mrs. Noor does an amazing job and always takes great care of me. Dr. Aldally is wonderful as well. Everyone is friendly and professional, and I always have a great experience.
Very great experience! Attended us quickly and didn't waste no time. Karmen the dental assistant was very kind , compassionate, wise and gentle ! She explained what she was doing and took her time on my son . I really enjoyed and appreciate her! Booked my next appointment
Quite literally impossible to ever get ahold of anyone at this location. Does not matter what time, what day or how many times you attempt calling, and when you do you’re met with the absolute worst customer service. I work customer service so I get it TRUST me, but every time I have got in touch with someone on the phone, or talked with one of the clearly unhappy front desk ladies you’re spoken to as if you just ruined there whole day 😂. I cannot stress enough that if you hate your job LEAVE.
