Just want to put out there how unprofessional it is for the reception desk to sit and talk on the phone to a patient while on speaker phone. Not to mention the hippa law that is being violated. While sitting in the pediatric area(Wells Rd.) for over an hour I overheard multiple conversations between patients and the two receptionist. Hate to know that my call could have possibly been handled with the same disregard of my privacy. I do however want to add the treatment from the hygienist and the Dentist was excellent.

Rude staff. Speaking with one associated another yells at me. Unprofessional. Advised they aren’t as pleasant as Normandy location. Associate stated smacking and said what ever. If I didn’t need to have my tooth evaluated would have left. Will not return to this location.

90 minutes waiting after the check in to then call me to ask me why I was there, when they gave me the appointment for that date. The lady on the front desk even call me to tell me that, I had to ask because it was 90 minutes waiting. This people doesn't know what they do!!!! The worst dentist office. Be ready to wait for your appointment because it will not be at your scheduled time. 90 minutes waiting with kids and the mess of people they have waiting. How they gave an appointment and then they don't know for what!!!!!!

My kids love this place the staff is always. Helpful and patient with my babies whenever we come. And they're the only dentist that I've found that doesn't schedule months away!
