I am so thankful for the amazing care I received at Grease Monkey. My car suddenly started jerking out of nowhere, and I had it towed there. From the moment I arrived, the gentleman who worked on my car was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I don’t know his name, but I truly want to thank him for his kindness and courtesy. He took my car in right away, explained what was going on, and made sure I was taken care of. In a time when I was stressed and worried, he made the entire experience so much easier. Because of the excellent service I received, I will definitely be coming back to have my spark plugs replaced and for any future maintenance my car needs. If you’re looking for honesty, courtesy, and quality work from people who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend Grease Monkey. Thank you again for treating me with such respect and compassion. It meant more than you know.
I highly recommend Grease Monkey! I stopped in this past weekend after having a problem with my vehicle AC not cooling, and Brayden was super helpful. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. Customer service was amazing, and I will definitely use Grease Monkey in the future.
I was in from OH. I had just purchased a vehicle and did not now how to find the oil notifications on the dash… I randomly pulled in here and CHANCE was soooo helpful! He showed me how to find the notification, checked my oil, and tipped me off! It was a Jaguar and I had no knowledge of the vehicle! He was amazing! Kind and sweet! He didn’t try to sell me a bunch of extra things I didn’t need! I tipped him $20! Go see him!
Grease monkey is the number one shop that I would recommend to anyone. Customer service is awesome. They're very straightforward and to the point on what is going on with your vehicle. And very honest,. I appreciate the work that has been done on my car. Thank you so much
Great service and amazing customer care every time I come here. Professional and honest people who take care of you and your car. On my latest trip there, Braydon and Nathan were exceptional!!! These guys go above and beyond the competition! Thank you for everything you two do!!
