I’ve had a wonderful experience with this apartment community. From the very beginning, everyone in the leasing office, has been incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Samantha, the Leasing Professional, has always taken the time to answer my questions, making the entire process easy and stress-free. The community itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds are clean, landscaped, and cared for, which makes it a great place to live. It’s clear that the management team takes pride in keeping the property looking its best. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and the positive atmosphere they have created. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about their residents and the property is kept clean, safe, and beautiful.
I have been a resident at Gran Bay luxury apartment homes for five years now and it truly does feel like home. The grounds are always clean and the flowers are beautiful! All of the amenities are always clean and up-to-date and the pool area is immaculate! The apartments are spacious and Facing the east you can see the most beautiful sunrise and sunset! The manager Courtney is very professional, knowledgeable, and most important, courteous and kind. Jenna The assistant manager exceeds all expectations and make you feel like you are part of something larger than just an apartment community. The maintenance staff is absolutely professional, and always there to lend a helping hand. The maintenance supervisor, Mike, and his staff of Robert, and Todd Are truly Gems on this property. I will continue to call Gran Bay home and I won’t be leaving anytime soon! 10 stars if I could!
Had such a great move in experience at Gran Bay! Alexis was amazing and made everything so easy. She was super helpful throughout the whole process, and everything went smoothly. Super excited for the new place!
Gran Bay is absolutely amazing from the moment of touring to applying and everything in between. Alexis has been SO kind and helpful. Since I left the tour I’ve been messaging with her asking questions and getting info about the apartment and she has answered everytime within minutes and so informative and helpful. She actually cared about helping us get the unit we liked for the best price. 10/10 recommend!!!
Gran bay has been a breath of fresh air. All of the units are remodeled exactly the same, you get the same level of quality. We toured two units before we saw ours before moving day and everything was identical. We’ve had nothing but friendly office people every time we’ve come in! Jenna was amazing. She responded to all of my emails within hours and made the leasing process flawless. They put you in their appointment book and make sure to have the time for you when you come in. The office staff here are such kind people, Thank you Jenna for making this such an awesome renting experience! I look forward to living here for this next year.
