Goosehead Insurance - Steven Silvester

My daughter has this insurance and she assured me I could save money with the same coverage I already had and that the agent was so very nice. She was absolutely correct and I was happy with my meeting with her and Steve.

I had a great experience working with Steve Silvester on getting me a new quote for my car. He was able to give me a better coverage at half the price of what I was paying from my previous car insurance provider. He’s very professional and very pleasant to work with.

What a waste of my time! Steven Silvester sold me an insurance policy and then "disappeared" like a ghost! Absolutely NO service after the sale. He refused to respond to my phone calls and did not answer any of my emails. I had always been courteous and respectful to Steven Silvester. Well - he wasted HIS time! The homeowner's insurance policy was cancelled and he lost his commission! I found comparable insurance with another agent at a lower price actually! I will never use him or his agency again! I suggest to anyone else - don't not waste your time with him and get disappointed also!
