Outstanding customer service! Kanica was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly friendly, professional, efficient, and responsive throughout the entire process. She made switching to State Farm unbelievably easy, and I was thrilled to get the lowest rate I've found in years. I honestly couldn't believe how quickly and smoothly everything came together. Kanica provided stellar customer service from beginning to end, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. She definitely deserves recognition for the excellent job she does!
Brennan assisted me today with my needs and was awesome! I have worked with the Gibbs team since moving to the area in 2021. Great service, awesome people all around. They are very responsive to my calls, emails and any type of request I throw at them. I highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs. I have auto, home, umbrella, golf cart and a couple of life policies with State Farm/Jonathan Gibbs and could not be more pleased with the service and the rates.
I searched to find car insurance in northeast Florida as a new resident. I called several companies and decided on State Farm because of its established presence in insurance, its affordability, and its customer service agent Nicole Alford. She walked me through the whole process, explained coverages in detail, was very professional, and followed-up with me in the timeframe as I had asked of her. I would highly recommend this company.

We can't recommend Nicole and her State Farm team in Ponte Vedra highly enough. Moving in from out of state can be overwhelming, but Nicole made the entire insurance process simple and stress free. She set us up with home, auto, personal articles and umbrella coverage, and took the time to walk us through everything so we understood exactly what we had. The service was responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful start to finish.
