Y’all!!!!! Where do I even begin?!? I am a Florida native (Northside of Jacksonville), who is now living in Central Oregon. I, contacted Karoline on February 17th. Some very near and dear friends of ours who had been struggling to get pregnant for some time, had finally conceived, and was having a baby shower here back home for their new little girl Murphy the first weekend of March. My husband and myself were flying in on the 21st to celebrate my in laws birthdays on Amelia Island and we were staying for a week. My husband and I have 2 littles boys (6 and 8) of our own and with the organized chaos I already have here at home I didn’t have time to go shopping. Plus I wanted to give my girlfriend the full “Southern Experience”. You know ruffle butts, soft pinks, and of course she had to have the biggest bow. As we all know the bigger the bow the closer to Jesus. I was in a panic! Here’s where The Golden Thread Boutique came in clutch for me! I contacted Karoline, introduced myself, explained my dilemma, my ideas, timeline, and price range. Right away, Karoline put my mind to ease. Her customer service, communication, and timely response exceeded my expectations. She not only delivered exactly what I wanted, but she also gave me the sweetest little Easter bow for being a first time customer as well as coming in right on budget. Not only will I be referring ALL of my friends to Gloden Thread, but I will also be a repeat customer for life!!! I cannot express how grateful and extremely satisfied I am!! Thank you so much again!!
