My yard is tiny. I paid these guys like 1k in two trips to get the system right. The last time I called I said the heads that don’t pop up high enough to water need to be replaced. The guy came back and did one but this morning I walk out and see this stupid BS. They could have just done the work and billed me. After all i paid the stupid 179 for them to be here in the first place so I’m unsure why 3+ trips are required to make sure grass gets wet. 💀🔫
Ryan was excellent! He checked the system and let me know about a couple things. He also mentioned about a sprinkler head in my back yard that was not operating properly. I advised him that I had some extra heads and asked if one of them would fit. He took the one he needed and replaced it, No charge. Just nice to see a company that aint gonna nickel and dime you. I would definitely recommend Gold Star Irrigation 🌟 to my friends and family.
Ryan with Gold Star Irrigation did a great job today. He checked issues that we were concerned about and found another issue and quickly resolved it. He took the time to explain and show the different zones and was very helpful in every way. On top of that, just a nice guy with great manners.
Great customer experience. Easy to schedule. Collin came out and listened to my concerns, evaluated our system, made recommendations and did the necessary adjustments and repairs on the spot. He was great!!
Charlie was great! He arrived right on time, and even called before he showed up. He listened to my concerns about my current setup, and then started testing the system. He tweaked the heads as he tested, and offered suggestions for the heads that were not performing well. When I asked to have 2 heads replaced, he did it right on the spot, no return visit required. And he was in and out within 1/2 hour. Thanks for the great service!
