We had such a great experience with Global Warming Air Conditioner! From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally and efficiently. Alicia, who scheduled our appointment, was absolutely amazing. She is friendly, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to get a technician out to our home as quickly as possible. Thanks to her, we only had to go about a day without air conditioning. Thankfully it was April and still a little cool, but it could have been so much worse! What really stood out to us was how organized and detail-oriented the entire team was. After the service, they sent a follow-up email with photos and a full breakdown of everything that was done. That level of transparency and communication is rare and so appreciated. We are incredibly grateful we found this company and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!
Absolutely top-notch service from Global Warming and Cooling LLC! I scheduled routine maintenance and was seriously impressed. The technician showed up right on time, was super professional, and went above and beyond making sure everything was spotless and running perfectly. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything—just honest, high-quality work. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. My system is running better than ever. If you’re looking for reliable, trustworthy HVAC service, this is the company to call. Highly recommend!
Company is very professional and install a new split unit on our porch and make sure it ran perfect and was very clean and fits right now. The two young men that did it the owner and he was very meticulous and conscientious super nice guys Dylan and Nicholas.
Steven was incredible! He figured out the problem immediately then moved onto advising me in other helpful ways. He is highly skilled and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue using this company if this is the kind of people I can expect helping me out. Thanks again
