Excellent customer service from start to finish! I brought my own parts, and they were able to get me in the very next day. The work was completed in just a few hours, and my BMW was back to running perfectly. Fast, professional, and honest service. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future repairs!

First off let me just say this IS the place to have your VW auto worked on. My daughter’s Beetle had AC issues after replacing compressor, fan control module and high pressure sensor (AC hadn’t worked for a year); I threw everything I had trying to figure it out but to no avail. Had a dreaded 0819 code and B+ error. Chased this down for a week. Finally gave up and set up an appointment with this amazing company. Dropped the Beetle off at 0900 hrs and at 1200 hrs they called and had it ready. There were a few other issues they fixed as well (battery, brake lights/turn indicators). Their knowledge, expertise and extremely polite customer service was beyond amazing. Their pricing was way better than I expected and was beyond happy to pay for what they accomplished. As a retired Army Veteran who has been stationed from North to South and East to West I can honestly say this was the best auto mechanic shop I have ever been to. Having a European car can be stressful. They tell you it's complicated to fix and of course expensive. The dealerships say that they're the best and who we should go to for any and all services or issues. I've dealt with my share of issues at dealerships so when searching for a place to get my oil changed on my Audi, I had to choose carefully. My first step was to look at reviews, almost 5 stars so they check off that box. I called and spoke to Lucas (one of the owners) who was so professional and polite yet knowledgeable I almost mistook him for AI 🤭. Then I realized, he's just an incredible mechanic and was a real live human. What a relief, I found a great place! But it didn't stop there. Lucas had an appts available the next day or the day after. Open schedule, knowledgeable, and personable! This was exactly the place I was meant to find! When I arrived to my appt, Lucas greeted me and my kids. He said he'd do a full inspection of my car before our long trip to California as well as the oil change. I was given an hour estimate which was perfect with the lounge area and tv fully equipped with all the apps to entertain my 4 kids. In addition to the oil change and full safety inspection, there was one other little issue I asked them to look at. I had a mishap with my mesh rollup window screen from my daughter putting coins in there. Lucas was able to fish out the coins and the rollup screen was fully functional after less than 5 minutes. What a relief that was because it had been months that it was stuck that way. Not only were Lucas and his business partner (his name is slipping my mind), kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, but they truly care about their customers. Lastly, they are reasonably priced too. I will most definitely be returning when I get back and need another oil change. And of course any other auto repairs. You won't regret it!
