⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Josh! From start to finish, Josh was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything was taken care of the right way. The quality of the work was excellent, and I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail. Josh kept me informed throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel surprisingly easy. It’s not often that you come across someone who combines great workmanship with genuinely outstanding customer service, but Josh definitely does. What stood out the most was how personable and helpful he was. He treated me with respect, was easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished result. I’ve had several repairs done at this shop over the years since I tend to keep my vehicles longer than most. About seven years ago, they repainted the hood and front bumper on my Titan after the factory Nissan paint failed. Recently, the clear coat on the hood started to break down. Since Joe Hudson’s offers a lifetime warranty—and I kept all my paperwork—I brought the truck back in to see if it would be covered. Austin handled everything. He walked me through the warranty process, advocated on my behalf, and got the hood repainted at no cost. His professionalism genuinely impressed me; I expected a runaround, but it was the complete opposite. When I picked up my truck, the hood looked brand-new—and they had washed and vacuumed it as well. My only wish is that they offered full customer-pay repaints, because based on all my past experiences, I’d trust them with the entire truck. Unfortunately, they only take insurance work. Overall, a solid 10/10 for quality and customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks to Joe Hudson’s, and especially Austin, for going above and beyond!

Austin is a breath of fresh air in this industry! When I wrecked my 2024 gladiator I thought she was gone. But he fought tooth and nail with my insurance company to get my truck fixed. They had their work cut out for them with an entire frame swap and pretty much an entire front end rebuild. They worked a world of magic between the amount of work and the time frame of a month and a half of getting it all fixed for me. Thank you so much Joe hudson for the impeccable staff and quality your staff brings.

Very friendly and professional. Questions were thoroughly answered. Was kept informed of the repair progress every step of the way via texts and phone calls. On pickup our car looked just pulling out of dealership brand new. Sparkling clean inside as well. Highly recommend this center.
