I brought my car here to have it repaired. They told me the repairs would take 15 days, and trusting this, I left my car with them. When I returned 15 days later, they told me I would have to wait another month. I waited that extra month, then went back to pick up my car. They had replaced my car's bumper, but they had painted it a shade that was much too dark, and they hadn't reinstalled the rear parking sensors. I reported this issue to the manager; after keeping me waiting for a long time, he told me my car would undergo repairs again—this time, he said, it would take two days. When I returned two days later, they informed me that my car wasn't ready yet and told me it would be ready in three days. When I went back three days after that, I saw that the paintwork still hadn't been done. I called for the manager, and he claimed they were in the process of repainting it—but he was lying, because they hadn't even washed the bumper in preparation for painting. Under no circumstances should you bring your vehicle here for repairs. This company employs a dishonest manager, and the firm is scamming its customers.

this is one place that cannot be trusted in any shape or form theyll tell you one thing and you never here back from them and when you call them they act like you did something to them. terrible place of business more like a mom and pop shop that looks good on outside. they contacted me to retify having my vehicle for 5 months thwn said they would contact me monday its now wednesday and nothing at this point i dont even want to deal with them anymore and cut my losses had nerve to tell me they did my truck at cost thats your fault you didnt bid it how about paying for a rental for 4 months at $300 to $500 every week bcz you want to bs with a clients vehicle. im a person who stands by my word dont tell me one thing and then i have to track you down when you dont come through as told. horrible communication and horrible service be warned dont let the ratings fool you. worst place to ever take a vehicle for service definitely will never happen again in my lifetime dont even want there offer at this point i dont like lying businesses but i will keep advised potential customers so they dont go through the same thing

My car was left uncovered for at least 3 days during heavy rain. They don't care about their customers property at all. Someone could have at least backed it in. Another car missing a door was wet too. My leather seats did get wet. The water caused a red colored utility rope to bleed onto my seats. The body work under the trunk was poorly done.

Quality work. Have had 3 vehicles repaired here over the course of many years. Always did a great job.
