If you need repairs to your car - this is the place to take it. Ryan Dana,James and the whole team were amazing! Ryan went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly- from keeping me informed to making sure all details were taken care of with my rental car. I was very pleased!

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed - it should be Zero stars My vehicle was involved in an accident in August 2025 and had significant front-end damage. I deeply regret choosing Gerber Collision & Glass for the repairs. When I first received my vehicle back, there were multiple issues with the repair. The headlight was not properly sealed, which caused condensation and allowed moisture/water to get inside. The headlight also would not turn off properly. In addition, the front bumper did not sit flush and had a noticeable gap of approximately 1–2 inches. I took the vehicle back to the shop to address these issues. They did repair the headlight, but the bumper was not repaired. At that point, I was told there was nothing they could do about the bumper gap. Later, Harry told me that he could order a new bumper and try to correct the problem. I was then told the bumper originally installed was aftermarket and that they would order an original/OEM bumper instead. After that, I repeatedly heard that they were “still waiting on the part.” Communication throughout this entire process was also terrible. We were repeatedly told Harry would call us back, and he never did. We constantly had to chase him down for updates and answers. There was little to no follow-through unless we contacted the shop ourselves. I brought my vehicle back to this shop multiple times, giving them more than enough opportunities to correct the repair. Nearly a year later, the bumper was still never properly fixed. Now I am dealing with Tom, who is giving me even more excuses as to why they will not repair the vehicle the way it should have been repaired from the beginning. The bottom line is that the original accident damage was never properly repaired. A vehicle should not be returned to a customer with an improperly sealed headlight, electrical issues with the headlight, and a bumper sitting 1–2 inches out of alignment. The quality of the repair was terrible, the customer service has been extremely frustrating, and the constant excuses, poor communication, and runaround have been completely unacceptable. I regret ever bringing my vehicle to this shop. After repeated visits, broken promises to call us back, having to constantly chase them for updates, and nearly a year of waiting for them to correct their own work, I have completely lost confidence in this business. Stay away from this location. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They kept me informed on everything!!! And the end result was amazing!!!! Sad to say 2 days after I got my vehicle back Bambi ran into the front and messed up there amazing work!!!! Guess who I took it back too!!!! They're amazing and I'm sure I won't be disappointed!!!! The pictures show their work and Bambi's work!!!! LOL!!! Guess who the vehicle's going back too!!! I would recommend them anyone!!!! Dana and the rest of the staff are amazing!!!!

Highly recommend Gerber Collision in Yulee! Only dealt with Dana, Stephanie and Tom, but they were enough to convince me that they are a professional and customer oriented business!
