Two weeks ago, a gentleman backing out of a parking space dented my 2010 SCION XD passenger side fender. It was my good fortune that it wasn't a major collision with injuries, and his insurance accepted liability for the damage. Not only did Gerber restore the fender and paint to pristine, like new condition within a week, they worked with Enterprise Rental to provide a car during the time my vehicle was being repaired. JW, Chad, and EVERY staff person I encountered were patient and went above and beyond to answer ALL my questions about the repair process and insurance administration, believe it or not, over 50 years of driving and I never had a body shop repair a vehicle. Gerber is a truly professional organization that puts the customers needs first, and I'm happy I made the choice to go with them to repair my vehicle. I can't emphasize enough on how Gerber went above and beyond during such a stressful time dealing with insurance companies. We had them make some body repairs and paint the entire passenger side of my tahoe. Some issues weren't covered by insurance and they worked with me making it an easy out of pocket cost so we could get back a brand new looking vehicle. Thanks again Gerber.
