I am writing this review on the Colorado location as I cannot find the business in my local area. I also have emailed them correspondence to try to rectify this situation. I have used this company to mount a tv in my home in the past. Previously they did an excellent job. I requested a tv to be mounted above our fireplace (I know this can be difficult so that’s why I went with a company) and sent pictures to the company so they could see what I was requesting. They rescheduled the first appointment because they were waiting on shipping of the proper mount. The next appointment the technician came and acted as if we were the ones who should provide the tv mount. She acted very annoyed to be at our home and said that we were the ones to provide the mount. She didn’t do any work other than a consult and we were charged $129. The solutions she had as well were not creative and not collaborative with what we were looking for. We ended up mounting the tv ourselves safely. What a waste of money!
Had them come out to see why my PC wasn't starting up when swapping my ram. I paid for what I thought was a diagnostic, but all he did was try different ram ports and then just told me he thinks the ram fried it. Everything he did, I could've done myself by just watching videos. Like, I thought he would actually try to do different things to figure out the problem, but no. So I told him I didn't verify if my PC could handle 64 gb but was pretty positive it could. But he told me he thinks my PC can't handle it. Well, it turns out my PC can handle it, and he was just saying anything cause I don't think he knows what was wrong with it. I would never go with this company ever again, and I advise anyone else to do the same cause it was the biggest waste of money because he didn't seem like he even really knew what the problem was. He was just guessing what it could be.

Upgraded my system to Windows10, virus check. Overall felt very comfortable, appreciated the time he spent with me showing me exactly what was done.
