Do not take your Apple product here. Even though they are “certified” all they can do is send it off to Apple. They can’t work on it in store. Also, I was told that Apple prioritizes items sent from Apple stores over Geek Squad. The guy was nice, but it was a colossal waste of my time.
Got a new fridge my warranty company after it was deemed unrepairable. When it was delivered they couldn't get it through the kitchen door. Sat in my family room for a few weeks and then warranty company suggested I call the geek squad. Two young men arrived on time and had it in the kitchen and hooked up in less than 45 minutes. They were polite, courteous, and didn't leave a mess. I am one very satisfied customer. Would give more stars if possible. I would never have thought to call the geek squad to move & connect a fridge. So glad I made the call.
Clinton and his partner came to the house today to set up our home studio and surround sound system with our tv, dvd player and vcr. Not only did they get it all together but they programmed it for our convenience and spent a lot of time explaining it to me and my wife, even writing the instructions out. Great job guys
Absolutely terrible customer service do not go to this location. Find yourself another Best Buy location. I’ve never received customer service like this in my life from Best Buy. They are more than willing to push their overpriced products on you but when you need help with a previous purchase they are unwilling to help. Do you go in to get assistance from geek squad they are unwilling to assist you. You asked for a manager to speak with them and they tell you to go to a completely different location of the store in order to have somebody else call the manager. when you try and call the store, you sit on hold and nobody answers the phone after having to suffer through their terrible automated system.
Store employee stole $700 game system. They dont care. Can't get through to anyone at the store to speak directly to them.
