Gator's Dockside Oakleaf

This was our first time here, and it definitely won’t be our last. Food was so fresh and delicious, I had the sweet and spicy jalapeño burger it was amazing, for appetizers I had fried pickles with fried gator as well. Never thought I’d enjoy anything gator but this restaurant made it amazing ! And that’s not all, we had this amazing server today called kalei, she had the best vibes ever she was hilarious and so good with recommendations to us and she was still in training?? Highlight of my day she was amazing !!! Got us right with her recommendations:) she made our first time experience there the best possible, amazing food, amazing service and amazing atmosphere as well. Don’t hesitate on going here

The seating was fast, and our server Mya was great. The alcohol drinks weren't that strong (if you like it like that) I don't. The food was good and the bill wasn't that high for 6 people.

Gators- a well known family sports bar and grill with a lack of customer service. We sat for 10 minutes before I got up to ask another server who our server was. She graciously said she would help us. Tonya, you're amazing and deserve a raise. The epitome of customer service. For the rest of the servers that looked our way but never acknowledged us, shame on you. This was not a busy time. Food was over cooked though Tonya handled this as well. This will not be our first choice for date night again. Spend the money and take it somewhere else.

We walked in and were seated right away just to wait in the waitress for almost 10 minutes before she came and took the order and we didn’t see her again until after the food came out. Our cups were low and she didn’t come back by until we were ready to close out the check. Also we were seated next to the pool table and that was fine until unruly kids came to play pool which was no problem but they were climbing all on the table and almost hit my sone with the pool stick. The staff saw them and didn’t say anything.
