Contacted Garland Transportation on a Sunday and had the transportation setup (TX-FL) with them by Monday morning. Carina and Ryan both provided quick responses to my correspondence and provided exactly the service that I expected. The driver contacted me to arrange the delivery. As he unloaded the vehicles, he took care of my car as well as the rest on his trailer to ensure that it was done carefully and safely. My vehicle arrived damage free, and at the price quoted. Garland was recommended to me by a large Dealership in Jacksonville. The entire experience was excellent and I would absolutely contact them again.
Amazing service all around. They were very professional and helpful. Once we were ready to ship, they found a transport within 48 hours. Our car was picked up in FL on a Tuesday and dropped off to our door in VA on a Wednesday. Absolutely incredible service. I highly recommend.
It was a great service to transport my Vintage VW Vanagon from Asheville, NC to Gaston, South Carolina. The staff were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience. My car was transported on time, safely and I was notified often while it was delivered to my home. Greatly appreciate the work they did. This is the goto place for car transport.
Shipped my car from California to Florida. Garland Transport is hands down the best car transport I've ever worked with (and I've worked with plenty for military moves). From the first initial phone call for the quote with Ryan, to speaking with Carina and her answering my thousands of questions, arranging pickup/dropoff, to the final step of me retrieving my car, everything went so smoothly. The driver was extremely professional. He showed up on the day that he was scheduled to pick up and dropped off on the day he promised, and he maintained communication throughout the entire trip. Overall, very professional, timely responses, and reliable! Will work with them for all my future car transport moves!!! Thanks Garland Transport for making this process stress-free!!
Highly recommend! This company has a very quick response time to their customers. Their dedication to getting the job done has made my life a lot easier while separating from the military and getting my vehicle shipped back home. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
