Garage Hot Pilates

The best classes at any studio I've ever been to. Fantastic teachers + beautiful boutique atmosphere. The classes are extremely challenging and leaves room for growth which makes you just want to go back for more! You can't ask for much more from a studio. I recommend Garage to everyone I know!

Wow, our experience was phenomenal. We came for our girl Tiffany’s bachelorette and we met Veronica, Zoe and Emily our instructor were fantastic! We were pleased beyond expectation. Everyone there was so inviting and generous and we also enjoyed some bevvies post Pilates. This is the place to get the best workout, even on vacation!!!

Every time I walk out of Garage, I feel noticeably better. The instructors are incredibly kind, the classes are challenging in the best way, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. If you’re looking for a new Pilates studio, this place is an absolute must-try!

I was not looking to add anything to my daily fitness routine until my 28 year old daughter introduced me to the Garage Hot Pilates studio. I realized very quickly that this AMAZING studio is what has been missing from my fitness routine for a long time and why I gladly drive 3-4 times a week from Vilano Beach. All of the instructors are absolutely fantastic and lovely humans. I love that no class is ever the exact same. Each class has different moves, but they do follow familiar patterns so that you easily and effortlessly maintain a flow throughout the class. The wide variety of moves help push me from making it a rote workout and from letting muscle/mind memory set in. The High Intensity Interval Training segments are so effective for getting my heart rate up, with the added benefit of not the constant pounding on my body. I did not realize how much I love the heat feature and how it warms me up almost instantly. The instructors select great + motivating music, which makes each workout fun despite the fact that you are working and sweating your butt off! I have never had a fitness class fly by where I am NOT thinking of anything for an hour! I am surprisingly able to stay totally present and focused in class because I want to hear the instructor’s excellent instructions, encouragement and cues. The studio is a beautifully designed space. I love the dark ambience because it keeps you focused on your moves and mat alone. It’s a welcoming crowd of all sizes, ages and abilities, and the classes meet you exactly where you are in your fitness level. I am on the older side of the participants (Jane Fonda/aerobics era:), but have felt welcomed and very comfortable moving at my pace and ability. I feel mat Pilates is one of the best overall exercise routines for any person at any age, but an absolute game changer for me because of the balance, sculpting and core strength training. It’s fun to enter the Garage Hot Pilates studio and feel like it transports you into a big city feel studio like in NYC or LA, but then you get to walk right back out after class into the gem of our quaint coastal town. I am sincerely blown away how an hour in the Garage Hot Pilates studio has transformed my day, both physically and mentally. I am so grateful to Zoe and her amazing team for creating this hot mat pilates studio in the St Augustine area!
