I came in with an open deck load, 3 small pieces. They had me unloaded in under 15 mins of pulling up. Following the instructions and you should be good to go.
My company only only does drop and hook here. We deliver one I’m fairly certain every day, and we drop off a fresh one and take our previous days trailer out. I’ve been here many many many times. There is a porta potty outside at the entrance if you need it. Absolutely no overnight parking whatsoever. Barely enough room for two trailers to squeeze by one another. Even though I’m here pretty consistently I am not above the no overnight parking rule. One of, if not the most cramped docking situation I have ever experienced. Make sure you bring your patience when backing.
These guys are genuinely rude and arrogant — they’re disrespectful to drivers and they lie. We do not recommend working with them, and we will file a report about them with both the broker and the manufacturer.
2pm appt, arrived at 11am for pick up. Was loaded with 22 pallets and paperwork in hand by 12:30pm. Super nice people. Tight docks if full. You can feed the geese and ducks while you wait. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I truly want to thank FY Logistics for all the help and support they have given me so far with my car import process.
