After returning from a long weekend following a family tragedy, we were exhausted and needed to find a bedroom set for our guest room quickly and without breaking the bank so we could accommodate family coming into town. From the moment we walked into Furniture Source’s Southside location, Will made the entire experience effortless. We told him exactly what we were looking for, and within minutes he was showing us options that perfectly fit our needs and budget. In less than 10 minutes, we had found the perfect set! What truly stood out was Will’s exceptional customer service. He worked with us to arrange delivery, and to our surprise, we were able to get it delivered the very same day. It was an enormous weight lifted off our shoulders during an incredibly difficult time. This was, hands down, one of the smoothest and easiest shopping experiences we’ve ever had. Will was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. We are beyond grateful for his help and cannot recommend him or Furniture Source Southside highly enough. We will be returning for all our furniture needs from here on out with how effortless this was and how taken care of we were! If you’re looking for outstanding service, ask for WILL, you won’t be disappointed!
I had a great experience with Furniture Source! MJ did a really good job helping me find what I needed and was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. I would definitely recommend him or the staff to anyone looking for furniture.
Went the other day to just to look around for a new dining table and chairs for our house. We met Danubia and she was super sweet & helped us the whole time we were there. Answering all of our questions and telling us details regarding their sales, about the furnitures they have. Super helpful and we are so glad she was there for us! Ended up going home with a new dining set and bed set for my sister💛 Just waiting for the delivery! will post pictures when the new furnitures arrive💛 About a year ago we also went around the same time, my family and i moved in to our first house. We went to get a bed & couch and met Moe who was very very kind and accommodating. Made sure everything goes well and got what we wanted. We bought a bed frame, mattress & couch. As well as our FREE TV that we got since it came with the deals at the time! We love it so much💛 Come to the avenues mall furniture source and get yours now 💛
If you are in need of a new couch or any furniture, definitely check out the Furniture Source at the Avenues Mall in Jax! Ask for MJ! He was a great salesperson, not at all pushy, listened to what we wanted and was very patient with us while we made our decision! We will definitely be back to see him when we need something else!
DJ was absolutely amazing. She found us the exact bedroom we have been looking for for months & they gave us a free cruise with our purchase. We will definitely be getting more from them for years to come.
