Furniture Source

My experience with Kayla at Furniture Source on Blanding Boulevard was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into the store, she made me feel welcomed, valued, and completely at ease throughout the entire process. I came in looking for a power reclining couch for my home, but I wasn’t exactly sure what would fit my needs, style, and budget. Kayla took the time to truly listen to what I was looking for instead of trying to make a quick sale. She patiently walked me through multiple options, explained the features and benefits of each model, and answered every question I had with professionalism and genuine expertise. What impressed me most was how invested she was in helping me find the right couch rather than the most expensive one. She considered my family’s comfort, the size of my living room, the quality of the materials, and even how I planned to use the furniture day-to-day. Thanks to her knowledge and attention to detail, I ended up with the perfect power reclining couch—one that is comfortable, stylish, and exactly what I was hoping for. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who provides this level of customer service. Kayla was patient, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. She turned what could have been a stressful shopping experience into an enjoyable and exciting one. If you’re looking for furniture and want someone who will treat you with respect, listen to your needs, and help you make the best decision for your home, I highly recommend asking for Kayla at Furniture Source on Blanding Boulevard. She went above and beyond, and because of her, I left feeling confident that I made the right choice. Furniture Source is fortunate to have such an outstanding representative on their team. Thank you Katherine for having the sofa of my dreams. I went to the avenue location and the same sofa was sold. I came here and you made it happen!! Thank you so much again. I will be coming back and inviting friend and family of the great service.

I had a great experience working with Alicia at Furniture Source. From the moment I walked in, she was attentive, helpful, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She guided me through my options and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. We did run into a small issue with one of my items being placed on backorder, but Alicia stayed on top of it and kept me informed every step of the way. She quickly found a replacement so my order wouldn’t be delayed any further, which I really appreciated. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication to great customer service truly stood out. I would definitely recommend asking for Alicia if you’re shopping here!
