Honest evaluation from their technician. Instead of trying to upsell us on a brand-new roof after a small storm, he told us we just needed a few new pipe boots and some minor flashing repairs. Saved us a ton of money and earned a customer for life.
I recently had a meeting with Tony, the owner of Full Strength, and Senior Consultant Yesenia, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment our conversation started, both Tony and Yesenia brought an incredible level of energy to the table. They are genuinely earnest, warm, and highly personable professionals who make you feel valued and heard. It is rare to find a team that combines top-tier expertise with such authentic, human connection. If you are looking to work with people who are deeply passionate about what they do and truly care about their clients, look no further than Tony and Yesenia. Highly recommended!
We had a leak pop up around our skylight right before a solid week of rain. They managed to fit us in early, replaced the rotting wood framing around the glass, and got it sealed up tight. Really appreciate them squeezing us in on short notice.
After a heavy windstorm took out a chunk of our ridge shingles, I called around to a few local places. Full Strength answered right away, gave me a fair quote over the phone for the patch job, and had a technician out the next morning.
I highly recommend Full Spectrum Roofing to anyone in the Jacksonville area looking for a roofing company they can trust. Tony is a true professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends and family!
