I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and still steadily come. My therapist has gotten me through so many hardships and still keeps me sane. Now my kids all come here. Teens to my son with autism. I can’t speak highly enough about this place. All of the people here are awesome.

Every story has two sides, and I believe it’s only fair to share mine with honesty and transparency. First, I take full responsibility for the cancellation issue. I sent the notice to the wrong email an automatic message, not the proper channel. That was my mistake, and I completely accept the $100 cancellation fee. The fee will be paid, no question. However, I believe context matters, especially when working with vulnerable individuals and families in crisis. My daughter missed the appointment because she was Baker Acted shortly after a session at Full Circle. What’s painful is that after that session, I was reassured that she showed "no signs of being in danger" Clearly, everything was not fine. As parents, we rely on the professionals around our children to help us understand the level of risk and take preventative action. Unfortunately, we only learned how serious the situation was when it escalated into a crisis and now, on top of that, we’re left with a cancellation fee that could’ve been avoided with clearer guidance and a little more compassion from those involved. Again, I take accountability for my mistake with the email. But I also believe that in cases like this, where mental health and safety are on the line, there’s room for empathy, better communication, and shared responsibility. Thank you, Full Circle but I hope situations like this can be handled with a bit more heart in the future.
