Never a bad show in my humble experience. This weekend it was "Moulin Rouge" at the Moran Theater in Jacksonville. The show was fantastic - one I would definitely see again. The Moran Theater is comfortable and every seat is a good one. FSCJ has changed their ticket process and the app is very functional and the ability to save your ticket to your iPhone wallet in ideal. Looking forward to more shows!
I purchased season tickets for the Friday evening series on June 10, 2025. I attended the first performance (CLUE) and was ready to see the upcoming show of Mrs. Doubtfire. On January 27, 2026 (7 months after purchasing the tickets) I received an email saying that I had purchased VIP tickets and needed to make a mandatory contribution of $250 to keep the seats. Apparently there was a mistake on their website when I purchased the tickets and the site did not mention anything about VIP seating. The manager told me they would find me other seating or refund my purchase unless I made the contribution. Not owning up to their mistake is unacceptable - they have lost a customer for life.
I bought tickets, and then got my profile flagged for no reason, the lady also told me that happens to them alot. And then proceeded to then tell me I would have to re buy tickets. Yes I got reimbursed but I have to use a different account to buy them. All because of their system. And not only that i got put on hold 5 times for each question i asked. Worst service ever. Fix your system! And the seats I bought where the last ones in the front row so I no longer can get them. And also had no email about this happening. I had to call in. Meaning if I would of showed up I would of been turned away.
Went to see Rocky Horror Picture Show and it was a blast! The venue was beautiful and the drinks were strong! Will definitely go back for another event!
