Fresh Start Realty, LLC

I would recommend anyone buying or selling a home to chose Jose Cuetos with Fresh Start Realty! My fiance and I were looking for a home for well over 3 months in a housing market that had very low inventory and a lot of buyers. Jose was always quick to respond for showings when I found a home I wanted to see. The homes for sale were selling very quickly and he would rearrange his day to show the home to us and always did with a smile and enthusiasm. He worked so hard for us well after business hours and was always professional! I promise You will not have to worry about the confusing details of buying a home as Jose's knowledge of real estate is impressive ..it really took a lot of stress out of a very stressful process! He recognizes and cares when a bank or seller is trying to take advantage or its not a good deal - he is straight forward.. and I liked that! We closed on our home last week and it is perfect - We love our new home and are so happy - Thank you Jose!

Jose is one of the most respectful, honest, client first minded agents that I have come in contact with! He has a genuine passion for seeing his client's dreams come true. Whether you are looking for a first time home or ready to enjoy the fruits of your success by up-sizing to a dream home, Jose is the PARTNER that you need by your side through the process.

I felt Jose was extremely difficult to work with. He was the property manager for a house we were renting. Responses were not in an appropriate time frame for urgent issues, and he made it very difficult coming to the end of our lease as he tried to cancel our lease termination agreement since he was not happy with us. Jose had entered the home twice without knocking with no mask and no proper notification . Glad to be done with the lease; I felt bad for the owner who had to deal with all the headaches caused.
