The food portions were out of this world. I got the birria burrito and it fed me twice. Nice clean aesthetic. Might be an odd comment but I really appreciated the dishes they used, it gave the place a more expensive feel. Pretty busy place definitely a stop and grab a bite rather than a sit down dinner place.

Just came to Fresh Mex & Co. for the first time while in Jacksonville on a business trip. Wow!!!I was really impressed. The Birria Bowl was awesome, and the queso with poblano peppers and fresh guacamole were both excellent. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. The service was just as good as the food. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even better. If you’re in the area, definitely give this place a try. I’ll be back next time I’m in Jacksonville.

We came back to Fresh-Mex & Co. for another early brunch, and once again, everything was absolutely delicious. At this point, I’ve become predictable - I always order the same thing: the shrimp tacos. They’re just that good. This time I also tried the salad with mango and guacamole, and it was fresh, flavorful, and the perfect addition to brunch. My son is just as loyal to his favorite dish and orders the same meal every time too. I can’t remember the name of it, but you can see it in the photo ;) The portions here are always huge. Every single time we leave this restaurant feeling completely stuffed and practically rolling out the door because we’ve eaten way too much. And somehow we keep coming back and doing it again. Great food, generous portions, and consistently excellent quality. Highly recommended!

The tacos are really nice 👌, barbacoa taco is a must try! The service was awesome too. Thank you, we’ll be back for sure❤️
